I have had a really good experience with this company. They have bent over backwards to help me with my car; I bought last May . Three times they have repaired my vehicle and given me a car to use while the repair was done . I am a woman and have never ever been taken care of so excellently I would give them 100 out of 100 . Paul from this company could not have done more for me , my warranty is nearly up and they are still there helping with a repair. Thank you so much Wholesaler car company especially Paul.

It is with a heavy heart and some trepidation that I must leave my first negative review (on anything) in order to warn other purchasers to be very careful if any faults appear on their vehicle after purchase. Make sure you get detailed information on what repairs have been done. As a female pensioner I am clueless about cars and trusted this company completely when I was had to hurredly purchase a wheelchair accessible vehicle when my 92 year old mother broke her hip. Sadly, I was forced to returned the car at least 3 times UNDER WARRANTY with the same engine fault. I asked for paperwork on the nature of the fault, and what repairs had been done, but apparently none existed! I asked if I could swap the car (even trade up) such was my concern, but was assured by John that this car was now fault free. However I was concerned that, when the warranty ran out I would be faced with an expensive repair, and sadly that is just what has happened. FOUR DAYS after the warranty expired, the same orange 'engine fault' warning light appeared. My local mechanic has twice tried to repair the fault, to no avail. I now face contacting a specialist Peugot garage, with potentially great cost. I have contacted Wholesale Cars Limited via letter and received a reply which is quite distressing to read, with a closing comment that they might make a contribution to this repair "as a gesture of goodwill". Goodwill? I purchased a car with WARRANTY in the belief that repairs would be undertaken, and not that the car would simply be "plugged in, fault deleted" and returned to this very unsuspecting and previously trustworthy purchaser. I am so stressed about this. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I bought an Horizon WAV about 1 month ago and could not be more pleased with my purchase. Must admit I was very anxious about buying a vehicle unseen and from such a distance and had already backed off from buying from another company but when I spoke to Paul he made me feel so at ease with the whole process. He was a pleasure to talk to and gave so much of his time to help with my concerns. The car was delivered all the way down to Devon and was in excellent condition which I was very pleased about as I had agreed to part exchange my own car which was in very good condition. I was very happy with the price Paul offered to me for my car and although there was a delay on my part in getting a replacement windscreen fitted to mine he hung on to the Horizon for me. When Nick very kindly drove it down to me it was in lovely clean and tidy condition with the roof bars and extra front parking sensors fitted as agreed. Although a long drive back ahead of him Nick gave plenty of time to explain all I needed to know about the ramp and winch gear. He was great. The whole affair was great and I would not hesitate to buy from this company again .

We needed to replace our aged WAV late last year and by chance happened to come across this company. Paul was really friendly and helpful at all stages, before, during and after purchase. We visited the showroom and found Paul to be really helpful and not pushy at all. He gave us all the time we needed, answered any questions and really helped us out. Our van came with a warranty and there was a small problem a few weeks after purchase. Contacted Paul who was again really helpful and said to take to our local garage, get the problem sorted and then let him have a copy of the invoice. All sorted promptly with no fuss. This is a tremendous level of customer service and really does make a difference to us as parents of a disabled child as it meant we didn't need to worry :-) I would absolutely recommend this company and Paul. Thank you so much :-)
