Paid deposit to reserve car to go view car was badly cosmetically damaged inside on view apparently owner was a child carer so it’s expected but I was looking for something in better condition it required deep cleaning of seats carpets isofix seat clips had been snapped off and there was extensive damage to rear of seats for all these reason I said no thank you guy encouraged me to think about it said you can take 7 days I sent text saying i didn’t want it I had no reply to a few messages and checked in on what’s app he has since answered refused to return holding deposit and has not responded since so I will need to go thru my banks fraud team very disappointed reserved many cars over last few months I’ve not had any issue from any dealers returning deposits for that reason I would not recommend this company.

Saw a car I liked on Gumtree and went over to see Ian to have a test drive. Bought the car that day and very happy with it. Ian is a very friendly and helpful bloke - no hard sell and very easy going. Would highly recommend Clyde Cars to anyone looking to buy a car. Thank you Ian.

I had looked about Ayrshire for specific cars and didn't find what I wanted I checked online and travelled up to Clyde cars and there was a choice of 2 and I bought one no hassle or pressure Ian was great to deal with start to finish and with all 2nd hand cars any can have small glitches as did mine and it was dealt with and sorted asap and Ian even gave me a car to drive about in much appreciated your a A1 guy and business only thing now is my son wants your pooch lol

Bought a used car from here which turned out to have an issue. These things happen, but Ian, the owner, dealt with the issue straight away with absolutely no hassle. One of the few places left with integrity in a world where it seems everyone is out to con you. Will be pointing friends and family towards Clyde Cars in the future.
