We bought a Mini Countryman from you. When I made the first enquiry Patryk was very helpful even he send me a video about the car, he is excellent salesman, he provided professional service, explained everything, we like the car so much, I wish you all the best in future.

We liked them so much we bought a car from them. Lovely people, who went out of their way to look after us (we were late) and who welcomed our dog too. Patryk and Hannah were just very lovely people and made our choice to buy a car there a simple one.

Extremely unhelpful. I called as I have an electrical fault on my mini and needed to book in for diagnostics. Was told I would get a call back and never did. Eventually spoke to a different department and had to wait 2.5 weeks to get an appointment. Went elsewhere for diagnostics but they wont supply parts.

Great place to get your Mini serviced and any issues sorted swiftly. All the staff are friendly and helpful, especially Blair who went above and beyond to look after my Mini end-to-end. 10/10

Generally very poor experience. Constant emails saying my order was cancelled when it wasn’t. The people in the store found it hard to process the application, far too long. Lastly at 4:30 pm on the Friday before I was due to pick up my car on Saturday 10am, I was told I couldn’t because there was an error with the paperwork in there side. I am disabled and organising thing is not easy. To be let down through no fault of my own by mini inadequacy is really poor. Very unhappy. Tom Bayley
