Reported Dealership to Trading Standards and the garage they use to the DVSA. PLEASE READ BELOW. I went to this dealership based on on there reputation and positive reviews. I went and test drove a Ford KA SC10MDO and liked the vehicle but noticed on past MOT history it had lots of advisories. I had a conversation with Dave (the owner) he told me me in his words: "Not to panic all vehicles get a new MOT and service" thinking I was in safe hands by how reassuring he was I decided to put a deposit down on the KA. When the car was ready he told me that all the work had been carried out, the Oil leak was fixed and showed me the Suspension Arm Pin he ordered that didn't need to be fitted. Again he was very reassuring so I paid for the car and off I went a happy customer thinking how efficient and professional Dave had been throughout the process. Not even a week later the engine warning light started to flicker and I noticed a loud knocking noise (Which sounded like Shock Absorbers) I called Dave and told him what the problem was, he said they were busy over Bank Holiday and that I would need to call back on Tuesday. I did express that I had a long journey to do over that weekend but he still wasn't able to get me in. Fair enough I thought and proceeded to drive to Liverpool. The drive there and back was horrendous with the car being all over the place! When I got back, I immediately booked the car in for a safety check at my garage only to be told that none of the work from the previous MOT had been completed. What was even more shocking is none of the advisories where put on the new MOT and it was passed as a clean. When I eventually took the car in I presented Dave with all the evidence and he immediately passed all the blame on the to Garage. There was no apology or remorse for selling me an unroadworthy Car or any care for customer safety. (I was issued a full refund luckily) I asked Dave what he planned to do with car and he told me it was going back out to trade I was in shock!!!! and felt at that point this needed to be reported.

Absolutely outstanding honest service By far the best secondhand car buying experience, Adam is an exceptionally nice chap and not because he's trying to flog you a car, he really is a nice chap. I really cannot fault this dealership in anyway, and it made buying a car really easy and stress free, Adam even picked me up from the train station. The car we purchased was exactly as described if not better and the buying process was straight forward without any hard sell for extended warranty. They really couldn't have been more helpful, I wouldn't think twice about going back in the future and I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to buy their next car.
