Very poor service. Fault diagnosed (by Mercedes Ipswich) to rear sensor behind bumper. When I collected the car following the alleged repair, the service team informed me they had stripped the front of the car and repaired the fault. As soon as I left the dealership, the fault reappeared. The car was retuned yet again (for a 3rd time) before they eventually repaired the fault in the rear sensor! No explanation was provided as to why they stripped the front of the car!!!

Really easy and quick process when buying a new car. Gordon was really helpful and kept me up to date as the purchase progressed.

Bought our new car online from Mercedes Ipswich and can not thank the salesman Manny enough for his dedication, knowledge, professionalism and ensuring everything went smoothly.
