Used to this company to purchase a car on finance for around 10,000 pound. Before the two weeks cooling off period ended i returned the car due to unforeseen circumstances and they took a massive advantage of this I Also part exchanged old car for 2000 pound BUT when i returned the car. I was told i would have to buy my own car back at a price of 3600 because off overheads they said and the car has been sold off and we need to buy it back blah blah blah. they used my car for joy riding and personal use as they told me they dropped pizza in the car! And smudged it into carpet also spotted driving around in it. He gave me a fiver to clean!!!! the added interest brought the total to 4800 which i was forced to do as i had no other option than to agree this!! They took advantage of me when i was young and Nieve but now I'm not!!!! Also speaking in the language in front of me so i couldn't understand what they’re saying and calling each other on the phone very professional! i just needed my car back due to the car circumstances, they also took my 500 pound deposit to which they said i could get back but when i returned they said no! Also bribed me with 50 pound to right a good review hmmmmmm all transactions made from a personal account also Maybe they treat their high end customers good With deep pockets, But they took a massive advantage of me to line there pockets it landed me in financial distress for more years and the situation has just arisen and reminded me because of the finance the company they choose for me is under investigation for mis sold finance.
