brought a lovely little car from these at the start of january after being told any problems they would sort straight away. Right off the bat my back screen wash was inoperable which they sorted. A week or so later a spring broke(the garage said this had been worn a long time) which then the car sales said wasn’t there problem, then two weeks after that the battery died which also was corroded and old. Now my air conditioning hasn’t been working ever since i brought the car i’ve just had it checked out and the whole system needs replacing which will cost a significant amount of money. Feel very disappointed as was made out to seem a spotless car, i am aware some will be general wear and tear but for all this to be within a few months and the aircon, screenwash and worn springs surley shouldn’t be shown up as a clear score on MOT? Straight away also had to fork out money for a full set of car mats as the drivers side one was missing and a mark on the boot had been covered up with what looks like paint which wasn’t shown until i came to wash the car. regardless of this the car wasn’t cheap
