BMW X6 2016 (M) - xDrive40d M Sport 5dr Step Auto

Bought a car here in May. Learner driver so haven’t driven the car much - First drive in the car and many warning lights came on; full inspection on the car done and many issues that would have been there at point of sale. Car isn’t road safe. Number has been blocked by the seller and no response or efforts to rectify anything since purchasing the car. Avoid at all costs - absolute scam artists👍🏻

Adil sold us a car with 6 months warranty. Nothing but issues and then after last engine warning repair he knew the exhaust was rusty. It subsequently fell off. He advised we repair and would refund under warranty. No refund and he is ignoring my calls and messages.

Just bought a car from ACR Autos. The car was given a full MOT (even though the existing MOT was only 2 months old) and a service with no advisories. Kenny who met us was very friendly and helpful and gave us some very good advise about how to look after the car. When we left Dundee and turned up In Aberdeen we had a flat tyre and a faulty tyre sensor. We headed straight to KwikFit to sort it out and we let Adil aware of this and he settled the bill for us aswell. I would easily buy a car from them again as I trust them to deliver a first class services all the time. Very happy with their service.

Would highly recommend ACR autos! Great customer service from start to finish. The car sadly didn’t work out for us but Adil was understanding and professional. Money was refunded quickly enough and without any issues! My husband and I get cars frequently and can honestly say we will be back. We have been stung before and it’s hard finding car places that you can trust but ACR autos is one of those places and I cannot thank Adil enough. Kenny was also a great help and assisted us when Adil was unavailable which again is a testament to how professional a business they are.
