I recently purchased my RS3 from Carlisle Audi and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. My sales executive, Shaunna was not only friendly and approachable but also gave me the genuine feeling that she was in it with me, to get the very best deal possible and together with the Director, we worked through some changes to get to the best possible outcome. What really stood out was that the team were not afraid to share personal opinions, which made the process feel honest, transparent, and tailored to me rather than just a sales pitch and they really listened to feedback. It felt more like having a trusted guide on my side than a sales executive, and that made the experience both enjoyable and memorable.
