Very disappointed with the communication of this company. Arranged to come and view a car yesterday (Saturday) with a 99% chance of buying it, only to be told on arrival that the car had gone for a pre sale service and valet and the engine had blown. Were told this happened on Friday. We have just drove there from Manchester. Why would they let us come all this way. Fuel is not cheap and 3 people had left work early to make this journey possible for my son's first car. How very disappointing not to be advised.
