The customer service is exceptional, they took the time to show me how to use the tail lift on the Luton van I hired (which was in amazing condition) they also helped me choose the best route for such a vehicle. Could not recommend this company enough! 10/10 would use again.

I was travelling from Essex to an appointment in Norfolk. I discovered I had a pumcture .They stopped what they were doing to identify I had a slow puncture.Whilst I continued to my appointment in Norfolk, they ordered and fitted a new tyre as soon as I returned about 2 hours later. I hired one of their recovery trucks, it was all ready to go when I arrived and a very nice truck, staff are friendly and helpful.all in all would highly recommend.

We had a full service and mot on our motorhome conducted recently and were very pleased with the work. The full service included a really thorough check of the braking system and brake fluid check and oil and filter changes and documentation of all the work done was excellent. We would recommend Derek Fiske for their professional approach and attention to detail and will be using them in future.
