Purchased a lovely Mercedes C class from Chris at Castle View motors and were really happy with our purchase. We live in West bromwich in the west Midlands so had to travel a long way to view the car, it was exactly how it was described in the advertisement, we were a little nervous about travelling so far but we needn't have been, Chris was professional from start to finish and we ended up purchasing the car the same day. There was a slight problem with one of the keys but Chris kept to his word and got the spare key replaced for us and sent a new one via royal mail within a couple of weeks. We highly recommend anyone else to give Chris at Castle View motors a try you won't be disappointed.

Bought a VW Beetle 2.0l auto from Chris at Castle View Motors in August 2022 and as I lived quite far away in Cheshire I was a little nervous but from the outset Chris was helpful and caring. He can be trusted as the car needed a new ignition coil and leads within the first month of ownership and he honoured the three month warranty and paid for the work to be carried out at a garage local to me. In dealing with me he was the epitome of what a used car dealer should be. Very experienced and knowledge not just in sales but in repairs. I am so very happy with the Beetle he sold me as It was a fair price and in the condition described in his eBay advertisement. Many thanks indeed Chris.
