I'd recommend Kirkcaldy Ford Centre to anyone because the customer service is second to none. My daughter had a great experience with Richy previously so I went back to get advice for myself to trade in my Nissan Quashqai to a smaller car. Rhys & Richy suggested a Ford Puma after I explained what I was looking for. Once Richy showed me this car I knew it was for me. He explained car & paperwork brilliantly, made me comfortable with test drive & subsequent purchase. All staff friendly & welcoming. Thank you so much I absolutely love my new car.

Have purchased my last 3 brand new cars from here. This time I opted for a very good deal on a 2 year old used model that I had seen online. Dominic dealt with arranging a test drive and giving me more in depth details about the cars spec etc. No hard sales pitch. Once I decided to go ahead he organised everything so car was ready to pick up 2 days later. Also got a follow up call from Dominic to ensure I was happy with my car. Very happy with how sale was handled.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience in getting my new car sorted at this dealership. Everyone was extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me fine my perfect car. The experience was extremely smooth and straightforward. A special mention to Dominic, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process.
