Jeep Renegade 2016 (66) - 1.6 Multijet Longitude 5dr

I was looking to get a Jeep Renegade, I know only too well about the image car salespeople have after a recent experience so always on the back foot, after almost giving up I saw a lovely Jeep Renegade on Quality Cars and Vans, after getting in touch I felt more confident and reassured having spoken to Gerard, who seemed down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Myself and my son went to have a look and saw another Jeep which seemed to appeal to me. David at the Garage again was friendly, approachable and answered any questions we had, a day later we purchased the Jeep, the drive back home felt great. From the moment I enquired about The Jeep, Gerard kept me informed and updated likewise David was down to earth and nothing seemed like it was too much or trivial. Buying a car can be stressful but sometimes you do come across some genuine sellers who may not have all the glamour, sofas and drink as much coffee as you can while you browse. Purchased a fiesta ST from Gerard At quality cars and vans for my son . I live in Berkshire and my son lives in Durham so arranged with Gerard for delivery to Durham ( 200 miles ) the next day the car arrived and Martin who delivered the car dealt with my son and talked him through everything . There were a couple of hiccups but they were dealt with straight away and Gerard was always at the end of the phone. It is a very stressful buying a car so buying a car without seeing it and only going on the advert and a quick chat with Gerard I was very apprehensive . It’s been a great experience from start to finish the cars lovely and just as described in the advert . Martin who delivered the car was great with my son , they sorted out change of ownership and they taxed the vehicle for him. I can’t recommended these guys enough , I read their reviews and that’s what made me think to give these guys ago . Thank you to Gerard and Martin ,second hand car dealers are generally dishonest and once you’ve bought the car if there any problems then your stuffed . These guys have been honest and gone above and beyond . 10/10 .
