The sales team were professional and easy to deal with – no pressure, just honest and helpful service. I’ve also had some repair work done there since, and the mechanics were brilliant. Bought a Japanese import Volkswagen a few months ago, and am very happy with the car and the customer service from Richard and Lawrence. They offer a 15 month warranty at an extra cost, which already paid for itself after my battery died on the first few weeks of owning the car (not the garage's fault, as it was the original battery on a 10+ year car). All in all very happy with my decision to choose Four Crosses as they were friendly, approachable, and fair.
