Good experience, highly recommend. The car wasn't quite right for me when I came to test drive but I (single woman) was treated with respect, patience, and all my questions were answered. I would happily come here again when in the market for another car when the time comes.

myself and partner purchased a lovely c class from ELLANI CARS- I would highly recommend his services, from the very first point of contact being to arrange a viewing and asking for a walk around, it was all done very quickly, we viewed the vehicle and it was parked in the entrance of the unit ready for us, it was absolutely spotless 👍 jordan was very polite and just allowed us to do our own thing, he allowed his to go on a unaccompanied test drive which we really appreciated, after the test drive we were very happy and wanted to make sure he knew we also wanted to view another c class, he was not pushy at all to try and steer us away from the other car, we viewed the other car on the same day and we realised how much better ELLANI was overall, car was ready for us, clean and basically ready for sale unlike the other car, we agreed the asking price and we even managed to get the wheels refurbished, front bumper and rear bumper painted because they have very very small marks, this was the dealerships choice to cover this paint work so we were delighted, the car also only had one key but again, the dealership have gone above and beyond to get a second key made for us. Myself and partner couldn't recommend ELLANI highly enough 👍

After being badly let down by the so called local lambretta dealer M&P. I contacted ellani to see if they could help. From the first contact with Elliot I was treated with care and respect. They explained to me that there would be a bit of a wait for the scooter to arrive into the country from Lambretta. I was kept informed by Jordan of progress at every step. Even contacting me to choose the reg number from what they had available. On top of that They even delivered the scooter to my address in Swansea for me. Great experience with Ellani. They are a real pleasure to deal with. No pressure selling when I went to look at the car, all very relaxed and just really felt at ease. Whole process was painless. Professional and prompt responses and dealt with an issue regarding the car under warranty quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t ask for more and would highly recommend.
