Brought a car just over a couple of months ago now, the guys working there were nice and were very helpful. I had an issue with the ABS sensor a couple of days after buying the car but they sorted it out promptly for me and gave me a courtesy car whilst I was waiting. A great service and would recommend buying from them.

Dishonest Dealership – Avoid Eye Green Cars at All Costs I purchased a BMW 330e from Eye Green Cars on 12th May, and by 18th May I began experiencing serious mechanical issues — including a loud whining noise from the engine and battery faults. I decided to get the car diagnosed at BMW Northampton, a trusted main dealer. However, Eye Green Cars insisted I return the car to them and simply accept whatever diagnosis they made. They made it clear they would not accept any findings or reports from BMW or any third-party garage — even though they delayed their email replies, clearly attempting to push me past the 30-day Consumer Rights window. BMW later confirmed that the car needs a new turbocharger and auxiliary battery, with repair estimates running over \xa33,500. When I informed Eye Green Cars, they flat-out refused any responsibility and stated they would not pay for any repairs or diagnosis, now or later — even though the issue was reported well within 30 days of purchase. To make matters worse, I was told at the time of sale that the car’s full service history was stored in the dash computer. That turned out to be false — there is no service history at all. Because of this, warranty claims are being rejected too. This entire experience has caused me severe mental stress. I trusted this dealership with my hard-earned money, only to be sold an unreliable vehicle and left to face expensive repairs and legal battles alone. I'm currently unable to use the car to go to work and the financial pressure is overwhelming. Eye Green Cars do not stand by their vehicles. They are evasive, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to accept responsibility once the sale is made. If you’re thinking of buying from here — don’t. Once you drive off, you’re entirely on your own

Everything you fear about a car dealership. Zero service, a dodgy vehicle, and tantrums. The entire process from start to finish was basically insulting. At every stage, to move things forward basically took 10 emails and 5 calls being told 'someone will call you back on x day' and then they never did. Bought a Mazda CX5, and when collecting, the cleaning wasnt complete, there was cigarette ash in the back seat, the plastic covers for where the seatbelts met the seats were just dumped in the centre console, and clearly a sugary drink had been spilt all over the plastic in the center console, which had to be scrubbed off as soon as we got home. Within 24 hours we informed them the aircon was broken, and they refused to fix it (it likely would've cost \xa360, and it's not a service item, its a fault) - the car was ~\xa38000 by the way. Check engine and SPF Soot filter light both came on, and an independent mechanic doing an inspection found an oil leak, ABS/Traction control was faulty, and gearbox was on it's last legs (probably less than a few hundred miles before it completely seized). We requested a refund, and when dropping off the car, the manager (Mohammed I think) was rude from the get go, then tried to claim that the system was showing that we had requested the logbook already, and he couldn't process the refund until he had the logbook - something which wasn't true, and the system would've actually said the opposite so he was either incompetent or lying - and even if we had requested the logbook, it's not legal to withhold a refund. He got really aggressive and upset, and said some very stupid things, such as "We don't check the aircon, that's why we don't put in the cars description 'Aircon is icey cold', if it doesn't say that you can't expect it to work" (Better check your airbags then!...). And he repeatedly threatened to delay the refund and make our lives difficult because he was clearly upset we weren't willing to pay \xa38k for a car that was a wreck and that they had no interest in honouring their commitments to as per the Consumer Rights Act. He was also clearly annoyed that it wasn't just my girlfriend there, as anytime I spoke he would make a big deal out of it with "OKAY WHICH ONE OF YOU AM I TALKING TO? IT CAN'T BE BOTH" - Yes it can Mohammed, it's perfectly normal to speak to more than one person at a time. He also said "Well those engines are terrible, what do you want me to do? Is it my fault?".. And then immediately told us he had another one coming in if we wanted to take a look?? This is after berating us and having a tantrum for 20 minutes infront of us.

No help what so ever, sold car in my name that they took in PX I'm now getting fines comming thru for the car and basically had a not my problem attitude. Have been reported to trading standards.

DON’T BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THEM! I bought an Audi A3 2008 on July 2024. When I drive home found one door cannot open outside, told them about this issue, they just need me check the garage. Last November , the car no heat, I need to pay \xa3350 to fix it. One month later the ABS have huge problem! That’s only 8 months, I paid \xa34300 to buy the car but I need to pay \xa31000 to fix every problem!

I decided to leave a review after 4 years since I bought my car… it was Peugeot 508 SW with full service history. Owner of Eye Green Cars didn’t push us to buy a car, he was really kind and helpful. I did 100 000 miles in 4 years without single problem, car didn’t need anything apart obvious things. Great experience
