On 23rd and 24th July, I phoned 6 times to try to set up a service appointment. I politely talked to 3 pleasant ladies, each of whom promised to phone me back. I'm still waiting. :-( Thus, I phoned a different Audi service location and got an appointment within 4 minutes. Dr. Smith, Resident in the Warrington area.

Have used Cheshire Oaks Audi a few times over the years, would rather travel a bit further to them than use the one local to me.
