I was at the Audi dealership today as my daughter was looking for a new car. I was in the car park area and trying to remedy being unable to open my petrol cap cover. A young gentleman pulled up, stopped and asked if I would like him to open it for me. Turns out he was an employee of Audi and was driving a car to the service area to work on, when he stopped. His name was Matt and he went and got a tool and rag from the service area to open the fuel cap cover for me. Matt didn’t need to stop and help, yet did. Many would have just drove past. I just wanted to show my appreciation and let Audi know that a member of their tech team went ‘above and beyond’ in my opinion and it’s often not said or shared. Thanks again to Matt! For me the whole experience with my new Audi has been outstanding. There was a slight handover delay where the initial sales rep left but this was quickly picked up after I called the dealership as I had not had a response to an email and taken into the care of Gabriel Abreu. He was professional, very efficient In responding to my emails and keeping me updated on the progress. Very happy with the service received and loving my new car. Thanks again! 😊

Wouldn’t bother buying a car from Audi Milton Keynes if you want bad customer service and nobody to care for you after you have issues with your brand new car. Audi failed to mention a global issue before purchasing the car and then wanted to take no accountability for anything. Stay clear.

Had Audi A6 e-tron test drive booked for today, had it confirmed this morning, only to find out they had no cars available to test drive at Milton Keynes Audi today, as a more important customer took the car out for 6 hours... The sales pitch was great as well, you would buy the Audi for its high spec features... the satnav, sound system and .... the lights... Thank you, Audi! My next car might not be from Milton Keynes Audi...

Had a bad service experience here. Took in a Q4 etron for a safety recall only to be told that I could not have access to the courtesy loan vehicle on account of my license being less than a year old! Waiting two months for an appointment and not having this information provided at the time of requesting for the loan vehicle is careless on the part of this dealership, specifically since it’s not a standard problem that I have faced when leasing vehicle or adding myself to a family vehicle. Furthermore during my visit I was told an appointment would be booked in next week, only to be told by phone a week later the next available appointment is September. Would advise taking your business elsewhere if this is the level of communication for after sales-service offerings.
