STAY STAY STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS I BOUGHT A MERC IN JANUARY AND HAD NOTGING BUT TROUBLE WITH ENGINE MANAGEMENT LIGHTS AND THEVE HAD THE CAR BACK 7 TIMES IN 5 MONTHS AND 2 DAYS AFTER THE CAR HAS BEEN RETURNED THE MANAGEMENT LIGHT IS BACK ON THEY WONT GIVE ME RCEIPTS OFF THE WORK THATS BEEN CARRIED OUT FOR FUTURE SALE AND NOW THERE REFUSING TO HAVE THE CAR BACK AND REFUND ME STAY STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS

Excellent! Bought a BMW 520D from here this week. Amazing customer service, and really genuine lovely people. The car has been faultless. Service and MOT done prior to collecting. Sale was easy and straightforward. I often avoid garages as a female who is sick of judgement or males thinking I'm stupid, or trying to rip me off. But after a family member recommended them, I was plesently surprised. Jamie was a genuinely lovely guy, they're not pushy here either. Would definitely recommend to all my family and friends, and would definitely go back in the future. Thankyou Jamie, and all the lads at BJH motors.

I would like to start this review By saying this was my second purchase off BJH motors, From start to finish the process was simple and hassle free. I recently purchased a BMW X5 which i had seen online. The communication from Jamie was excellent from taking in my Part ex vehicle to collecting my new purchase was hassle free, Jamie put a fresh MOT on the car and the car was given a full service prior to collecting, the vehicle had a full valet and was in showroom condition on collection. I noticed that the vehicle did not come with a parcel shelf however this was ordererd and BJH covered the cost without hesitation. After owning the vehicle for just over 100 days, two issues occured . one being Major ie the rocker cover gasket was leaking oil onto the manifold and producing fumes in the cab of the vehicle, the other was the lower suspension arm and ball joint had deteriorated and the vehicle was making an awful sound due to this. Due to the distance from Manchester to Worcester i was unable to take my car in for them to inspect or recover, I did however have a warrenty but these two jobs wasnt covered under it, Without hesitation Jamie Told be that BJH would cover the full cost of repairs which i will add came to just under \xa31000. I can not fault the customer service and personnel interaction BJH Motors has provided. This was my second vehicle i purchased off the company and I will definatly be browsing the showroom again when i come to upgrade my vehicle.. Thank you again to Jamie, he was an absolute star when it came to helping me out in my hour of need. Thank you again .
