Thank you. Had a very pleasant car purchasing experience from viewing to purchasing, would defiantly recommend! Consultants are not bothering you and just let you wonder around and make up your mind in your own time, not pushy unlike some other dealerships. Whenever I had a question or an enquiry these been answered in full, and at no point I felt like “things were being sold to me”. Have heard of this from a friend and decided to take a look, left happy with the car, exactly what I wanted.

Cannot fault the service provided bought a vw tiguan and it was immaculate inside and out cleaned and valeted. We was shown round the car and then left to look, no pushy sales pitch or typical chat to try and get you to spend more etc after care service is top quality too cannot fault them.

Review based on cx service rather than the quality of the cars they sell… unfortunately couldn’t get that far. Called RE a car they had for sale on behalf of a friend today - asked about basics such as previous owner # and details of service records as soon as it’s received we will do a finance application and secure the car same day.. was told they will get back to me in 10 minutes. Heard nothing 2 hours later thought I’d chase despite the fact you shouldn’t have to beg to buy a car. No answer or phone call returned. If they make it that hard to contact when you want to give them money I can’t imagine it’s easy once they’ve taken your money should you have any issues.
