I would not recommend this garage we have been to hell and back trying to get our faulty car sorted which was a failed previous repair! Only had the car 4 months and it had to go to 3 different garages with numerous faults one being a water leak and an electrical problem plus the drivetrain which was the main issue!! This has put enormous stress on our family as a whole. Only now we have finally won our case with the financial ombudsman and had our money back! You also maxed the warranty out and then didn't want to know and was not concerned that we still had a faulty car. Bought the car in the March and by May it was in the garage all in all for 8 months! The only decent thing Baglan done was to provide a courtesy car which they knew they had to do! Avoid at all costs and these are true facts i have proof if anyone would want to challenge me on the above. Baglan you can say all you want on this matter i think winning the case proves it!! We were sold a faulty car end of and you knew it!!

Excellent service from all the staff at this car centre (especially Conrad). Friendly, knowledgeable and were more than happy to answer all the questions had about both the car I was purchasing and other cars in the centre. Walked away happy with a fresh MOTed Mazda 3. Would highly recommend.

Bought a car from Conrad (we had a very pleasant interaction with him!), were very happy with it at first until we were denied to continue driving abroad: As it turns out the front right tyre is from 2014 (we have the year 2025 now) and is falling apart because of the age of the extremely brittle rubber (in addition to all 4 tyres being different years and makes -- which to be fair, we did not notice because we did not check the tyres, for sure our fault). Called the dealer again to let them now and ask what the story was with this 11 year old tyre. Dealer says not their fault and since the MOT was a pass some months before we bought the car they sold us a "safe" and perfectly fine car, end of story (dealer's words on the phone). I would call that odd practices... won't buy there again.
