Excellent service from all the staff at this car centre (especially Conrad). Friendly, knowledgeable and were more than happy to answer all the questions had about both the car I was purchasing and other cars in the centre. Walked away happy with a fresh MOTed Mazda 3. Would highly recommend.

Bought a car from Conrad (we had a very pleasant interaction with him!), were very happy with it at first until we were denied to continue driving abroad: As it turns out the front right tyre is from 2014 (we have the year 2025 now) and is falling apart because of the age of the extremely brittle rubber (in addition to all 4 tyres being different years and makes -- which to be fair, we did not notice because we did not check the tyres, for sure our fault). Called the dealer again to let them now and ask what the story was with this 11 year old tyre. Dealer says not their fault and since the MOT was a pass some months before we bought the car they sold us a "safe" and perfectly fine car, end of story (dealer's words on the phone). I would call that odd practices... won't buy there again.

I have recently purchased a car from Baglan Car Centre and was blown away! It’s wrong to single any one person out, but I have to. Conrad is who I dealt with and he was simply amazing. He was so kind and helpful it really put me at ease. This was a big thing for me and I worried about the experience. No need! Conrad talked me through everything with no hesitation to explain things in detail, showed me every tool in the car, or spaceship as she looks, and really made the experience wonderful. If you want a first class, friendly service, without stress, this is the place to go! Baglan Car Centre - fantastic!

Had the best experience. Looked online and we seen a car my daughter was interested in so went to the garage for a look. Met with conrad on arrival what a lovely guy excellent customer service and very friendly. My daughter went for a test drive and loved the car and bought it. Will definitely be looking here first when purchasing a new car for myself. I'd highly recommend looking here first.
