Awful customer service, vehicle was actually in worse condition when we collected to when we viewed!! We were promised the imperfections would be repaired but wasn’t!! We were made to wait 2 hours while the car was getting cleaned, to then be told the valet team had created more imperfections inside and out! Simon and Ashley stuttered and mumbled there way though the sale. Land Rover really has took a dive in my personal estimation of the brand and who they are employing to front there dealerships.

Bought a 718 Cayman S from here and it’s been a delight! The warranty came in handy- for a minor issue, but that’s the nature of these cars. They kept me informed during the sales process and even delivered it because I was unwell at the time. They’re decent folks- or at least the sales lady and the manager were, along with the people who prepped and serviced the car. I hope JLR give you good and reliable products to sell, and keep up the good work.
