I received fantastic service from Swans Motor Group from start to finish! Really good experience with such a genuine team! They made it easy, and I would highly recommend them. Our used car was delivered to us in flawless condition, having had any work needed, cleaned inside and out, and a full service/mot. The gentleman even helped me tax it online! On visiting the premisis, we were received so kindly, with no pressure. We poked around the car that had been brought out for us. There was a vast amount of very reasonably priced cars to fit even the biggest petrol head, or someone looking for a comfy run-around. So very pleased! Thank you!

I bought a car from them just over a week ago and the customer service was impeccable. I've had no issues whatsoever and have been reassured that if a problem does arise in the future I'm to call them or drop in anytime whereby they will be happy to provide help and advice. I would highly recommend Swan's Motor Group. We had a no pressure look around to browse cars and found one we liked, but it had a few niggles, as second hand cars do. Dan was so helpful and these niggles were no trouble at all, all being sorted before we collected the car.
