DON’T USE! UNTRUSTWORTHY WITH NO INTEGRITY! If I could put zero stars it would be zero. Once you get the car they stop all contact. My mam had so many faults with the car she bought off them. She rang, left messages and sent emails for weeks with no response. I don’t know why they have a phone as they never answer it. I started leaving messages on their Facebook page (to which I’m now blocked) and found out unfortunately that we are one of many, others have had the same issue and are having to seek legal advise due to their lack of communication or desire to help. My mam eventually filed a complaint in to the warranty company and Motorwise completely fabricated some narrative to the warranty company that my mams car had been in and had all repairs completed, which is a complete lie because they haven’t even had the decency to return a call, never mind asked her to bring the car in for a look. Thankfully the warranty company are letting my mam take the car elsewhere to get it repaired and the bill will be sent to Motorwise. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would! Bought a land rover discovery sport WG17 NMY in January 2025 We saw it online and made several enquiries over the phone, it's amazing how fast someone can answer calls when selling car to you, Anyways the car seemed great for 3 months then lots of warning lights on the dashboard. At this point no problem, they collected the car and ran the diagnostics, They changed the timing chain and cleaned the DPF. This took 7 weeks in total, we chased and chased, didn't answer the phone, read our messages but didn't reply. We wasn't offered a courtesy car and cost us \xa3900 to hire a car. Motorwise had changed the timing belt \xa32000 and \xa3300 DPF cleaned. Because of the poor communication and customer service we didn't trust them so we had motorwise drop off the car at land rover Hatfield hull. This cost us \xa3400 for a full diagnostics. The results from land-rover was very interesting, they sent us a video showing us exactly what they had found. Yes the timing chain had been replaced. Yes the DPF had been cleaned. However they were still a oil leak coming from the engine. Throttle cable needed replacing. Lots of cables and wires not fastened in properly. Different size and make of tyres which aren't good for the axels. Break discs corroded and just legal. 2 tyres only just legal. Potentially thousands of pounds of repairs. We was very lucky these problems happened within the 6 months warranty otherwise we would have been thousands of pounds out of pocket. After a couple of heated discussions over the phone I was told I could have a refund and had the cheek to deduct \xa3250 for milage usage. On this occasion we're extremely lucky to get a refund because within the 6 months warranty although still \xa31500 out of pocket and many wasted hours chasing. From another review Looks like this car was also returned shortly before we purchased it. 6 hours after we returned the car it was back online in the showroom... they've stripped the engine and repaired it? Bought and replaced the throttle cable? In 6 hours? I doubt it very much. The way we have been dealt with throughout is disgusting, not one apology throughout and worst of all they took \xa312000 from us and watch us drive off with 3 small children in the car. Lowest of the low. Do not buy a car from these thieves!!!

Purchased a car from Motor Wise a few months ago and the car has been perfect. Joss and gang are proper petrol heads and understand the products they are selling. They took the time to understand what I was after and why to make sure I was purchasing the right vehichle. The vehichle itself was presented well and exactly as described with no suprises. Collection was easy and there was some nice small touches which where appreciated. They where very transparent with the finance options and I encountered no hard sell at any point. It was a fantastic dealership experience and I highly reccomend them!

Edited review March 2025: Typical car dealer, personable and friendly until they sell a car to you. Any issues and they are suddenly uncontactable and want nothing to do with you. When we eventually managed to get hold of them for an issue with the headlights, they allegedly arranged a garage appt at the garage next door however when we turned up at the garage they knew nothing about it and the salesman was yet again unavailable and unreachable. As a result I am downgrading from 5 stars to 2. Original review 2024: Although we haven't bought a car today, we test drove two options and were given really sound advice regarding the size vehicle we'd need for our soon to be twins. Didn't feel like we were pushed or hard sold at all and this is a rarity - thank you!
