Apply nowDo not buy a car from this store. They are disrespectful to customers. I bought a 2015 Nissan Qashqai. When I went to pick up the car, I noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly. So they changed the gas, but the next day the problem was again. I went back to the store a few days later and they promised to change the air conditioning motor, but it's been a year and they don't answer messages or calls.

Run away with your money! They are scammers who prey on unsuspecting consumers. After paying \xa36995 for a vehicle in Nov 2023, it did not drive and that marked the start of my woes. Took them 5 months to offer a replacement vehicle, which was to test drive and decide if I wanted it. A day later, it would not start and had to wait 4 weeks for them to collect. Had to get a vehicle elsewhere. He checks the vehicle and says it was a key problem, too late as i was mobile. Asked for a refund and 5 months later they wont refund me till “they sale the replacement vehicle they had offered” . I ask to collect the replacement and they wont let me. SCAMMERS of note. Report to Trading Standards!

Absolute liars this company. Sold us a Range Rover 2 years ago and after promising to, they failed to give us the service history and replace an item that was faulty and just ignored many messages making excuses. We went to sell the vehicle to discover that it has previously been damaged which we were not told about. We were given so much false information about the vehicle and I would avoid this company at all cost. I notice they reply to all one star reviews saying it’s the wrong company but I can assure you it’s this company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Lying, false promises, ignored, all these things happen if there are any issues. Bought a Range Rover sport only to find out it had undeclared history, would not have bought of if I knew the truth. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Arranged a meeting with Jaz, days in advance; confirmed on the day, mere hours before arriving. When I got there, the first thing I noticed cars in the lot were by no means ready for sale; most, if not, all, were showing the signs of being sat outside for months. Jaz wasn't present. His colleagues, helpful as they tried to be, couldn't answer my detailed questions on the spot, but assured me that Jaz will be with us 'in 10 minutes'. I asked the guys to let me know when Jaz shows up and waited in a pub for an hour. No call came, so I went back to my office. Jaz called 45 minutes later. However, by that stage, I lost all confidence - if this is a before-sale 'service', what can I expect after sale? It's pity - I ready to buy, right away.

STAY AWAY FOR THIS DEALER! Had so many problems with a \xa311,500 car I purchased from day 1 and now stuck with a seized engine and won’t reply to calls or emails !! SCAMMERS ! Firstly the car was advertised to be mechanically sound and a very reliable car as you were aware that we were purchasing it to drive to Europe two days later which has proven not to be the case. The same evening after purchasing the car ‘service required’ appeared on the dashboard although you had advised us that the car had been recently serviced and was good to go to start our trip to Europe. On the 26/07/2022 the day we were due to leave, the steering wheel started to shake whilst driving resulting in us having to cancel our euro tunnel tickets and delay our trip to get the car back to yourselves to resolve this issue. You confirmed the issue was due to the tracking needing to be done and we left the car with you for this to be completed. Again we left after this with your advice that the car was safe and sound to go. On the 27/07/2022 we took the car to Quickfit to top up the A/C. This was unable to be done as they discovered it had low pressure as the port was leaking gas. They also confirmed that the tyres on the front were the wrong size and needed to be changed and that the front brake discs were worn below minimum thickness so also needed replacing for our safety considering the journey we were about to start. Tracking also had to be done again. On the 28/07/2022 we started our road trip and was shocked to find ourselves and our two small children to break down on the motorway in Germany. This resulted in us having to get a taxi to the nearest hotel for the night. The next morning we located the nearest Land Rover garage to see what the problem was with the vehicle, and phoned you to explain the situation. You advised us that you would source the part required and pay the costs to cover this. After chasing you for several days for this you advised us that you would only pay for the part and not for the labour nor taxi that cost €249.10 alone. On the 31/07/2022 we had arrived in Albania and the vehicles dashboard displayed ‘restricted performance max speed 30mph’ and the car had lost all power. Again you told us just to switch off the vehicle and restart it and it would clear the message and fix the problem. This was not the case. Another message showed ‘suspension fault’ and you said that everything was fine and that the message just hadn’t been cleared with the computer. And then ‘gearbox fault’ was also displayed on the dashboard whilst we were away. All of these problems in the first few days of purchasing the car from your garage is not acceptable. You knew our situation and that we were purchasing the car for my father in law in Albania to use for the mountains but of course with all the problems he was not able to use it. We then flew home as the car was not in a safe state to risk driving back with my children. You advised us to bring the car back to the garage to sort the problems out which meant my partner having to fly back out to Albania to drive the car back as per your instructions. After bringing the car back to your garage to get these problems fixed on 28/01/2023 we were also faced with a bill of \xa3920 as you stated you could not pay for all the work to be carried out. Included in the work that was supposed to be carried out and which we had paid for was engine oil and filter service at 94459 miles. Now to my disappointment on Wednesday 28th June 2023 my car cut off and would not restart. Again spoiling another day out for my sons 2nd birthday. RAC came out to recover the vehicle and confirmed that the engine had seized due to no oil at 97404 miles. How can the vehicle have no oil when an oil change was done less than 3,000 miles ago ?
