Ford Fiesta 2017 (17) - 1.0 EcoBoost 140 ST-Line Red 3dr

I wouldn’t recommend this garage to anyone. I was sold a car without the log book. I was told it will arrive within 4 weeks, 5 months later nothing arrived. I had to pay \xa325 to get the log book from the DVLA. When I called Monkswood garage to chase up the log book, I was told “I was making a big deal out of nothing”. Not only that, 5 months after I bought the car, the radiator and head casket went, it cost me \xa3260 to replace the radiator and was then told it will cost over \xa31000 to fix the head casket. I’ve lost over 50% of my own money I used to buy the car to sell it at a much lower price due to the mechanical issues now with it. Do not buy anything from this garage, I’ve had nothing but trouble with the car.

My partner bought a really good car from here, the assumed owner (assumed father) got annoyed when I tried to haggle price because they'd had it a few months and walked off. The younger (assumed son) was very helpful! After buying car we said about taxing it and he said 'just do it on your phone' and left, were young and have smartphones, hope they'd be more accommodating to people without smartphones! And the log book was done in paper form not online, but that didn't affect us! Warrenty is with another company not themselves, again not a problem but wasn't told it beforehand (didn't ask in fairness) Based on the car itself, we would buy from here again, and have looked online since for myself as all the cars do look tidy, only sells top quality cars by the seems of it!
