Hyundai i10 2017 (17) - 1.0 SE Hatchback 5dr Petrol Manual Euro 6 (66 ps)

AVOID I bought a 2018 ranger from Morgan here at Davies. On arrival Morgan was fast asleep even though they knew I was coming with an estimated ETA. On first inspection the vehicle looked good. I agreed to purchase that day (Sunday) and left a \xa3200 deposit. They agreed to put a new MOT on it as there was less than 3 weeks left on it. I arranged to collect the vehicle 3 days later (Wednesday) after transferring the remaining balance on the Tuesday. When I got the car back home I noticed that they had changed one of the tyres for a significantly inferior one and after a phone call to Morgan he said he would look into it. I had checked all tyres on the Sunday and on inspection, all on the Goodyear wrangler tyres looked pretty new. Even still having the moulding “hairs” still on them. Didn’t hear anything back from him. Made another phone call a few days later after seeking advice to speak with “the manager”. The manager was incredibly rude, arrogant and argumentative and by the sounds of it, holds a law degree himself, not. I had also found at this point that the other tyres had also been changed for incredibly worn ones. This vehicle was “sold as seen” and this was not what I had originally seen on the Sunday. The manager refused to communicate further with me about my situation and the condition of the car that now was. Having driven the vehicle for a week I noticed that something wasn’t quite right and took it to my local garage that confirmed that the front spring was snapped so now I’m faced with a large bill to rectify this. This vehicle had passed it’s MOT just days before. So, to put it simply…. Don’t buy from this company unless you want to receive a different vehicle from what you purchased, fork out for unsafe vehicles needing repairs, and you want to get abuse from the manager and staff who are just interested in taking large sums of money off you, and giving diabolical customer service.
