Money grabbers. Be careful with these people. Sold us a car that was not as advertised. Advertised as full service history when it DID NOT Flawed paperwork. Advertised as ‘ready to go’ cost \xa3450 to get the car ready for our trip to Europe. Incorrect mileage: the advertised mileage was much lower that the actual clock reading . They gave false and misleading advice on re-registering a left-hand drive car. They reneged on getting the correct paperwork. Costing us additional money Only there to take your money and nothing else. If you want a left-hand drive car, I would avoid these people. They’re clueless. If you are part exchanging your vehicle, be very careful, as they will not give you what it is worth. No communication. No customer service. GO TO AN ALTERNATIVE CAR SALES COMPANY NOT THIS ONE.

We were only offered 60% of the original amount that we were given for our car after we sent photos of all inside, outside and any marks on her, giving us the reason that is was not the shape expected?? Photos of front and back sent. Then having forgotten to take our European toll badge from the car, we were promised 3 times that they would send it to us (after numerous emails, texts and phone calls from us) , this was December 2023 and now mid February we still haven’t recieved it, it will now cost us €’s to cancel and replace. Thank you very much!!

Bought a land rover defender in May 2023. When I picked it up the interior was filthy and kids toys in the cubby box. Salesmen tried to up the price on the day of collection. After all the fianance was agreed. Avoid

BE CARFUL!!! Do not buy a car from them they are a fraud. They sold me a car that was working and 20 miles from there a light started and the car was broken as well as the airco stop working and is going to cost me a lot of money to fix it and they say that the warranty does not cover it

Purchased a 2018 Spanish Registered Dacia Duster from these guys earlier this year. Unfortunately however even though it was advertised as Spanish Registered it was not in fact so. I tried to contact them by telephone, email and solicitors letter to find a resolution to this all of which was totally ignored. I have since (at my own not inconsiderable expense) resolved the matter and I am now the proud owner of a Spanish Registered Dacia Duster - but with no help from Auto Prestige. It seems to me they are happy to sell you a vehicle but as soon as there is a problem they don't want to know - shame because I think we could have resolved this all very amicably. Caveat Emptor (buyer beware!).
