I’d recommend them in a heartbeat. They picked the car up exactly when they said they would, no messing about, no chasing — just got on with it. The whole thing was smooth and stress-free, which is rare these days. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and straight-talking, no sales waffle or pressure. Just proper service and everything handled how it should be. I’d definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to anyone. 6 Stars if it was possible. 🤝

Had the car 6 months and still no logbook and chased SEVERAL TIMES. there was 2 faults with the car and I have the proof on message that it would be rectified and NONE of them have! Car was ok but not worth the hassle

Unfortunately I’ve been waiting a long time to speak to someone who will collect my car that TF have agreed to buy. TF met the reserve on a carwow auction for my car, but TF are yet to discuss with me a collection date. I have rung up and spoken to TF twice, last Saturday and yesterday and both times was told the “driver” will ring me to confirm collection date, however I've not had any contact. I have subsequently tried to ring but now my calls go to voicemail. I hope to hear something soon, at which point I’ll gladly update this review. I hope this happens as all reviews seem positive so hope this experience is an exception. Edit: shame about the response here from Luca, as there’s never been a phone call discussing dates, so no idea where 24th or 27th have come from. I haven’t ever spoken to Luca. My only 2 phone calls were “the driver will contact you” and he never did. Also, I do not have another “new” car that I am purchasing elsewhere and needed to collect asap!! And yes I have cancelled with carwow due to no contact from TF.

I was assured any problems, scratches, dents or anything else would be resolved when I came to collect. Unfortunately I put a \xa31000 deposit on the car. Not one scratch or dent was removed, it was take it or lose the deposit. Don’t do what I did, I will never pay a deposit again.
