Looked at a kuga, decided to buy after test driving which was a very easy experience, no rushing me or the "talk" you get from dealers, Craig had timing chain and MOT done within a week, after a few days the car developed a smell, contacted Jess and they had the car back to fix and again 3 days later sorted with new parts/seals mo questions no arguments about warranty cover just good old fashioned decent customer service, I'd recommend this husband and wife team, I love my car btw thanks Ann

Me and my husband bought our car from Jess and Craig November 2024. The customer service and after care was incredible they go above and beyond for their customers, like no other. We are a 3 hour drive from the showroom and we would definitely no hesitation buy from them again. 100% recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Initial interaction great and could not be more helpful, and that is reason for 2 stars as initial fault with car I had they happily said they would pay for Move on 5 months, all I would say it if you are not the greatest mechanically minded get someone to go with you to check car out Air condenser unit cracked, gear bearings gone, abs pump needs replacing, stopped contact with garage after, wanted to get finance company involved as is my right, and garage not happy, that I wanted to do this ( only 2000 miles covered since vehicle purchased ) All I would say is really check everything out 1st, expensive mistake on my part, you live and learn

Purchased a car 01/2025, my experience was great! From the outset Craig was easy to communicate with, he was flexible with viewing times and came across very relaxed and not pushy at all. When we arrived we weren’t rushed in any way and we were allowed a decent test drive with no time pressure, I was probably looking over the car including driving for a good 45 mins and at no point was I hounded. A refreshing experience after other experiences at other dealerships. The car was exactly as advertised, if anything a little better in the flesh! The after care is brilliant, I had a small issue when returning home, one that was completely undetectable and not present when I viewed the car, Craig’s after care was amazing, he didn’t challenge me once, he simply got the car diagnosed and rectified in a timely manner. Buy with 100% confidence, you’re in very good hands with Craig.
