Hyundai Ix35 2010 - 2.0 CRDi Premium 5-Door

Booked online to view a car, drove 3 hours down to come and view it, the state of the car was shocking nothing like the “nice little motor” that it was advertised as, the car had cleary been resprayed and had orange paint coming through under the black that it was currently painted. The battery was flat on the car when the salesman tried to unlock it, he didn’t even offer or try to get a jump pack. After seeing the initial state of the car I didn’t even bother asking to see the car running. What a waste of a journey. Absolutely useless.

Be wary of dealing with this company. We bought a car from them and there were a number of problems. First they told us it had MOT for 11 months but we later discovered it was only for 2 months. They said it had 1 previous owner - found out later it had 5! They "lost" the log book and didn't have a copy of the latest MOT. The phone number they gave us was a fake and the number on their website just goes to voicemail - they don't return calls. Said the car had only recently come in - found out later they'd had it for nearly a year!

Searching for ages to find the car i wanted and finally found it at A5 cars. Brandon was brilliant very honest and clear from the outset that they had misplaced the service history and gave me a great deal on my px. Car was given a new MOT and all fine. Fast forward 3 months and I get a call from Brandon to tell me they found the history... chuffed to bits... would definitely recommend.

What can I say Chris at a5 is who I dealt with and what a lovely helpful and honest man , I cannot fault any of the dealings I have had with this garage I bought a cheap little mini off them and I am thoroughly happy with the purchase I had bought it as my normal day car had blew the cam shaft so I needed a cheap run around and I have to say I am totally overwhelmed how happy the service and the car was

Rang before I visited to see if they had a choice of vehicles in my price range and fuel type. Visited with great choice of vehicles in my price range and fuel type I was looking for. Great customer service from "Brandon." Great service from start to finish. He is a credit to the team.

Phoned up few times to find out more about car in their offer. All I am going to say is read their reviews!!! They might have hired new sales team (answer to all one star reviews) but their management are the same!! Lie after lie, again and again. Car history shared with me was different to history shared with my Mrs, that's all in space of 2 days. True con artist 🙌🙌🙌
