Very friendly staff, but when we went for the test drive even though my husband had given his driving licence we were told he had to come with us for the test drive and we had to go his way,no up hill or down hill!! Very strange.We did tell the salesman that was very strange and very uncomfortable with him in the car but was told it was company policy. We were think to buy the car, but if we wanted one extra access, we had to pay \xa375,trade price, so it was starting to add up!! There is no movement on any thing ie price of the car, etc So we didn't buy the car!!

Bought my car from this Garage 2 months ago, They assured me everything is ok asked if it has bin serviced and Dan said Yes the car is fully serviced that I should service the car after 10,000miles now here i am with a dead car, After 3days of taking the car signals showed up alerted them and they paid for the repair. Today makes 2months later my car just lost power on the motorway which made me hustle the whole the night.Engine is completely gone needs a new replaced I wont recommend this garage at all If they will take me in circles I wont tolerate it rather than use the legal way for compensation,They is no way engine can die just after 2months of buying a car. Very poor costumer service you call them and they only come up with excuses saying my colleague is not in and they will call back which they dont...SCAMMERS

Very helpful and patient, dealing with me whilst on holiday, chasing up getting a car in for MOT and service, very friendly staff. Josh and Aaron went above and beyond with the customer service very easy to get along with. I went to see a couple of cars some weeks ago that were reasonable due to service history and price. After checking the cars for a while, I asked if I could see the stage of the engine. Dan started getting defensive and rude. Then, I checked the body work on one of them as there was a visible scratch hence I asked if he was open to reduce price for it. He got quite defensive saying the price wasn't negotiable the car was perfect, and he was so rude when I continue asking him more questions about service history etc. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Never again.

I was sold a car and told that the MOT and service was all sorted and good to go. I have a family friend who works in a garage and took it to them to have it checked over just to be sure. I was told that the car was highly illegal to be sold in the shape it was in and that it was life threatening to even drive on the road. Repairs cost me nearly \xa33000. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
