I would not recommend Vertu Nissan Sheffield because the initial sales experience was very poor, information not given or inaccurate, felt misled on certain things. The initial sales rep did not inform us of many things, was not in on the day we arranged for vehicle pickup, despite his assurance that he would be, and the dealership seemed completely unaware of what we had arranged, meaning there were issues with the fianancing of the vehicle, and we briefly had two vehicle finance packages active. However, when the process was transferred to a different sales rep (Josh) the process improved significantly, and he solved a number of issues and queries, although these were not issues that should have arisen in the first place. Overall, first sales rep very poor, but second sales rep did rectify things as best as he could, for which he has our thanks.
