I was happy with the service at Vertu Ford Gloucester because as we are not local (Dorset) all the pre- purchase documents were done online. We were made very welcome when we arrived at the showroom (having had a very stressful journey) & everything was done quickly. We dealt with Steve Bill who was very kind & helpful.
I was extremely pleased with the service delivered by my dealer, Louis. Friendly, professional and explained all I needed to know. All questions and concerns were answered and reassured to me. Vehicle was in immaculate condition. Finance process was so so simple and picked up the vehicle rather quickly. Would 100% recommend to family and friends.
My experience at Vertu Ford Gloucester could have been better because the trade-in car was valued at £11000 everywhere else but Ford would only give me £8500 for it. It is now on the Ford Forcourt for over £14500! This has left a very bad feeling towards the purchase experience . I have bought my last six new cars from Ford but I don’t think that I’ll buy any more there - very disappointing!
I would recommend Vertu Ford Gloucester to friends and family because there was no pressure to purchase, Adam was knowledgable, professional and patient. I went in looking for a vehicle for my husband, ended up purchasing one for myself that I collected the next day! Previous experience with other dealerships (not vertu) have been prolonged. This was the most efficient car purchase I had ever made from a dealership, Adam made me aware of all the steps that were being taken, and emails that I would receive calling after purchase to also check how I was finding the vehicle. My experience at Vertu Ford Gloucester could have been better because I was not shown anything about the FordPass. I had to phone the garage and only then discovered the Ford pass to get information on the vehicle and synchronising with my phone. No buttons were explained. The salesman, pleasant enough kept asking if I had any questions, but I didn’t know what questions to ask until I started driving. A better salesman would have sat in the car and taken me through the electronic aspects to avoid phoning the garage for help post sale. Not good enough Ford.
