Karl has been brilliant throughout the whole process. Although we had a long wait for funding, Karl was patient and supportive, and we stayed in regular contact with updates. That level of communication really meant a lot. When we finally picked up our van, it was in prestige condition — a huge credit to the whole team. They definitely deserve a pat on the back! Even if we hadn’t chosen this exact van, there were so many great options on the forecourt. And yes… you even get offered a coffee, which absolutely made my day! On the drive along the M62, we spotted a van with Thomas the Tank Engine on the side — very cool. Now I want one! Karl… does this make you the Fat Controller? 😄 (Sorry, couldn’t resist!) Would definitely buy from J Tech again — highly recommended.

Would highly recommend Jtech! I recently bought a van for a camper conversion and Karl was amazingly helpful, showing me my options and letting me try them out to see what was right for me. After sales support was also fantastic, with a new door lock, speed limited removal and wheel re-alignment sorted at no extra cost under my warranty.

Top service by the team at j tech vans recently had problems with a van we got off them wich they rectified with no issues. 100% recommend for used workshop vans and utility vans.
