Volkswagen Van Centre Birmingham were great because they acted swiftly and as a Managing Director of a company, i do not have a lot of time which I can afford to waste doing paperwork or administration. From my initial enquiry, to discussing the vehicle, agreeing the price, arranging finance with my deposit, arranging delivery, etc - it was very straightforward and painless. I have bought many VW vans over the past 30 years and found VW Van Centre Birmingham to be one of the best I have ever dealt with. Darren Gibbs in particular was excellent, I shall definitely be doing future business with Darren as he always took my calls and returned my calls/emails swiftly and decisively. Well done and keep up the excellent service.
My experience at Volkswagen Van Centre Birmingham was memorable because of the staff. Jayne was very knowledgeable and a credit to the company as were the rest of the team. I'd recommend Volkswagen Van Centre Birmingham because of the customer service and range of new and second hand vehicles was second to none. Buying our California Coast was such an easy process made easier by being able to do a lot of the paperwork over the internet. I had a great experience at Volkswagen Van Centre Birmingham because Darren was very helpful and honest with his approach towards the purchase of my caddy van and kept me up to date with the process, we live at the top of Scotland and bit apprehensive with dealing with a dealership so far away, but Darren was helpful and answered all my questions which was a lot!!! he was very professional and when meeting him and seeing the showroom and facilities you immediately felt comfortable and knew you where being looked after which was very refreshing in this situation. So would highly recommend this company and especially DARREN. plus the van is Amazing very impressed.
