So I traveled over 9 hours round trip to see a specific vehicle I really liked. I asked them to reserve my vehicle which they did and they send me a video of the inside and outside which gave me a better idea. The team was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. There was no pressure whatsoever, and I felt completely at ease looking around and taking my time to decide. They gave me the keys and let me take as much time as I needed to inspect the car on my own, which I really appreciated. Every question I asked was answered honestly and directly. The whole process felt so comfortable and transparent. Even when I decided to go home and think about it, they were still incredibly friendly and understanding. Even though I had such a long journey, the excellent service made it all worthwhile. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

I recently enquired about purchasing a van from this dealership. The initial response from the salesman was prompt, which I appreciated. I explained that I had a vehicle to part-exchange and requested a valuation so we could potentially agree a deal in advance—given the dealership is around five hours away, I wanted to ensure the transaction could be completed in one visit, provided everything was as described. Unfortunately, the salesman was unable to obtain a valuation because the manager was away on holiday and was hungover, therefore subsequently unavailable. Despite several follow-ups over multiple days, I was repeatedly told a valuation would be provided “tomorrow,” but it never materialised. This experience did not inspire confidence in their sales process, and it raised concerns about the level of service that might be expected after a purchase. Upon reviewing other customer feedback, I found a high volume of negative reviews, which, in hindsight, suggests this may have been a fortunate avoidance

Had been looking for a van for a few months and kept being drawn to this company due to the large stock available on site to view. Was after a Ford Transit Custom and they had loads. Called and spoke to a very helpful chap called Adrian and arranged to pop through. Travelled through from Bridlington first week of June and was greeted by Adrian, we were allowed to wonder all over the vast site and look inside and out of every van. No pushy sales tactics and no time limit. So many to choose from, found a very tidy white transit and took it for a test drive. Excellent, returned and did the deal and came away with a very clean tidy van and my lifetime warranty. If you are looking for a van give these guys a visit, I’m sure there will a van to suit. Would not hesitate in recommending and buying a van again from here. 👍👍
