We were made very welcome when we arrived at the showroom (having had a very stressful journey) & everything was done quickly. We dealt with Steve Bill who was very kind & helpful.

My experience at Vertu Ford Gloucester could have been better because the trade-in car was valued at £11000 everywhere else but Ford would only give me £8500 for it. It is now on the Ford Forcourt for over £14500! This has left a very bad feeling towards the purchase experience . I have bought my last six new cars from Ford but I don’t think that I’ll buy any more there - very disappointing!

My experience at Vertu Ford Gloucester could have been better because I was not shown anything about the FordPass. I had to phone the garage and only then discovered the Ford pass to get information on the vehicle and synchronising with my phone. No buttons were explained. The salesman, pleasant enough kept asking if I had any questions, but I didn’t know what questions to ask until I started driving. A better salesman would have sat in the car and taken me through the electronic aspects to avoid phoning the garage for help post sale. Not good enough Ford.
