We viewed a Porsche Macan with Clive and found him to be straightforward , likeable and genuine , the car is in fab condition and was happy to buy from him , we part exchanged our existing car and after a little negotiation we came to a deal we were both happy with . I am delighted with the car I have just bought from CC Cars. From the very start, they were beyond helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Their transparency and honesty made the entire process stress free. The car was delivered - it was immaculate. The communication between us was fantastic. I had been contemplating buying an M4 Comp pack when I found this one for sale on Autotrader that had all the spec I wanted plus more. After a few phone calls with Clive, I agreed to come view the car. This was a 4 hour, 200+ mile journey each way for me so I didn't want to waste my time viewing a car that wasn't up to scratch. There was a couple of imperfections that Clive was honest about, had highlighted over the phone, and provided photos and videos of. Being very picky, I was worried about what else I might find but the car turned out to be in even better condition than expected. After a test drive, we agreed a deal and I paid a deposit with the remaining balance due the following week. Whilst it was in the tyre shop getting a puncture sorted, the shop spotted wear on the inner edge of both front tyres which Clive immediately informed me about and organised to get sorted, even allowing me to pick my choice of tyres. He also organised for repairs to be carried out to the genuine M performance carbon fibre front splitter by his trusted body shop due to some cracks and lacquer peel. These were carried out to a very high standard and it looks brand new again. It was just over 2 weeks between the viewing and delivery of the vehicle (this was due to me wanting it delivered on the 7th April for insurance reasons) and Clive was in constant communication with me through Whatsapp and phone calls with updates on the car's progress. The delivery company used by Clive was also very professional and I would highly recommend them (STS I believe). The whole experience was very pleasant and professional from start to finish and I would recommend Clive to everyone shopping for a car, no matter the price bracket. I'll definitely be back next time I'm shopping for a car! Thanks again.
