My mum has been fobbed off for the last week and after phoning today AGAIN, she was spoken to really rudely and constantly interrupted by Rachel about having her car booked in (which is under warranty) and then proceeded to hang up on my mum mid conversation. That is most definitely not the right way to deal with a customer that paid a lot of money for a car recently that is now failing on her!! There were also 2 other people in the car that will not be stepping a foot near this place
