Volkswagen Crafter 2020 (70) - 2.0 TDI CR35 Startline RWD MWB Euro 6 (s/s) 2dr (ETG)

I hired a Vauxhall corsa. The tyre initialisation light came on as I was leaving the forecourt. I have a corsa myself and this light comes on if you change a tyre. I thought that was what had happened here. A few miles travel that day. I get up the following morning to a flat tyre. I had to have a company come out to temporarily fix the puncture so I could get it to a garage. Customer service at Able Assist and the technician were wonderful, I had to wait for kwik fit to open and stay snd waited whilst it was repaired. Pretty much the whole morning gone. The manager of Longmarsh was contacted by phone and it was agreed it would be paid on their account. NOT ONCE was it mentioned that I would be responsible for the cost. I have just returned the car back to Longmarsh and have been told the cost of the tyre will be coming out of my deposit. How dishonest can you be! Shame on you Longmarsh
