Bought a car from DVC, it was their private sale not DVC commercial vans. A fantastic small car, looked after extremely well. We received very kind service from Derek from the first phone call when making an enquiry. We went for a viewing, didn't have to do a test drive, although it was offered by Georgia. We left a deposit and on the next trip we were picked up from the train station - the car was ready for collection. As promised Georgia sent another updated HPI on the assigned number plates. Exceptional service. Thank you.

BAD EXPERIENCE. NEVER AGAIN !! Such a terrible experience that I won’t forget. On 9 January 2023 I bought a Renault van 2020 from DV Commercials and paid \xa315000. After a few days I realised the van is faulty and has a gearbox issue and other mechanical issues. After 7 days on 16 January 2023 I sent an email to DV Commercials reporting the issues with the van. I thought I’d get a response from them, as this is the minimum thing to expect but no one has responded. I started chasing them by phone after a week!! I requested to return the van but they refused to refund the money, and I had to get the bank and the finance company to get involved. Basically I made the buying decision from DV Commercials based on what is written on their website and their online reviews and on Autotrader, however the real life experience did not match with what is written!! This was a very bad experience and a complete waste of money. I will never buy again from DV Commercials and I will let all my friends to learn from my terrible experience.

Superb service. Derrick took his time showing us a vast selection of vans and could not have been more helpful - nothing was too much trouble. He gave consideration as to which ones would be a possible fit for our requirements and taste. We were anxious making the purchase and he made sure every detail was taken care of for us and any issues - however minor - were rectified promptly. Also the wife was very helpful helping us to set up the paper work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you Derrick.
