Ford Transit 2018 (18) - TIPPER 2.0 TDCI 130 PS DOUBLE/ CREW CAB EURO 6 NO VAT

My husband bought a tipper truck in November and was a cash sale. , he asked if a warranty was given and told yes for 3 months. It broke down 2 weeks after purchase but got it going then again few weeks after and was completely dead no power it required a new starter motor which was nearly \xa3400 , he rang garage to ask if a refund would be given as it was starter motor and told yes as long as garage invoice was emailed over which he did once work was done , since then he’s had to spend another \xa3800 replacing fuel pump , fuse box , links and bearings and ball joints he’s been on phone numerous times asking about refund to be told that the garage would get in touch with warranty company which he thought would of been given off garage ,or could they ring back which never happened , now 4 month on still no further forward so decided to ring continuously this week until got answers , finally got through to be told would have to see what company said even though in beginning was told yes a refund would be given as that part was under warranty , no call back that day but email off garage not warranty company saying no refund as the work had been done before the truck had been inspected ( we live in Newcastle garage is skipton how were we suppose to get it there when dead ) plus when on phone to ask about refund no one said it had to be checked over just we would get refund we have sent an email asking for warranty companies name , number and name of person who said it had been rejected but as usual not heard a thing . I would not recommend buying from this garage unless you want a heap of junk they should be more at ease selling horses as a bunch of cowboys
