At the beginning of our vacation three weeks ago, we had to take our Sprinter to a garage due to a loud squeaking noise. Matthew explained everything regarding the van thoroughly as this was my first experience of buying an electric vehicle so I was a bit confused regarding the different types of chargers. From the first initial phone call to final delivery of our used e-Sprinter van we couldn't thank Matthew from Carlisle enough. This was our first electric vehicle and he answered all our questions on the van, miles, and service plan. His friendly manner meant the whole process was very smooth from start to delivery. When the van was delivered Stuart the driver went through the whole process of how the van works and stayed until we were happy for him to go!.
