Please, please be aware when buying from this dealership, I had this car for about 6 weeks & took it back 2 days ago! It is now back up for sale only a day later after them taking it back. It has been in the garage three times in the last month due to issues! Then due to another issue, the dealership decided that they would cancel my finance and take the car back because they did not want to deal with the problem. I was told that the car needed to be fixed by an independent garage (not the garage they always use next door to them) There is an awful smell that comes from the smoke and the link arm needs replacing on the driver side. I’m only writing this because I don’t want somebody else to fall into the same predicament I was in so please do your research before buying this vehicle or any other infact

Bought a used Audi Allroad from RM Autos and i have to say that the whole process was smooth, with no hard sell at any point. We had a minor fault with the car after a few weeks, but the response was excellent with the car being promptly booked in to the garage to get it fixed. Very happy and would definitely recommend RM Autos!

I wanted to buy a car locally and saw R M Autos online. They have a good selection of used cars. I spotted a lovely MG3 which caught my eye, took it for a test drive and loved it! We searched high and low for a first car for my son and had seen lots of terrible cars so what a refreshing change to find a dealer that was fair and honest. The car engine was not quite running smooth and they immediately knew what it was and agreed to replace the tensioners. It's been running like a dream since and we have just had it independently assessed and it was given a clean bill of health. Cannot recommend them enough and would happily buy a car from them again.

Good honest car sales, we had an issue with the exhaust after a month, gave them a call and within a few days they sorted it all for me, no questions or quibbles. Was a pleasant experience knowing I could just call with any questions or issues. Would recommend

Purchased car and was told everything was working, however the sat nav would not work due to no card , spoke to Rob who promised he would send one, but has not done so. So beware if you buy on line make sure everything’s works or you will have to foot the bill.
