Renault Trafic 2020 (20) - SL28 ENERGY dCi 120 Business Van

I bought a Mercedes Sprinter 4x4 from here, ex SSE van, yeah it's not perfect but it's been a well used works van, I was allowed to test drive it as much as I wanted, I was allowed to look over it for as long as I wanted, I was told it had service history from Mercedes online, they printed it out for me, put 12 months MOT on it and accepted my offer which was about \xa3400 off the window price. James and his son were pleasant, friendly and both obviously into vans...offered advice about my old van and how it was better for me to sell it privately....no complaints

Yes I may be old school, but the dealers need to work on there customer service, no hand shake after deal is done??,, sounds like a small issue but this company is consumed with quantity rather than quality

Found the campervan we wanted price was right no hassle from Colin on sales everything he said he would do he did with no fuss, held back a couple of days due to part we asked for so our van was delivered to our door with no charge. Well happy. Thankyou J&J

Great service from both John and James great friendly communication from them both. Called several times on different days with different questions that they answered honestly. The truck I bought from them is like brand new as stated in the advert. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be keeping them in mind for our next work pick up.
