I sold my car to this dealer after regretting a private purchase. They reduced the offer significantly, citing a timing belt replacement - though I noticed the car was later listed without any mention that the belt had been done. They also claimed the service book wasn’t genuine. The car was then listed (from memory) at around \xa33.5k more than I received. I understand businesses need profit, but I felt taken advantage of. The experience left me regretting the sale.

I recently bought a car through the drivers gallery wellesbourne and part exchanged mine in. I've been to a few different garages over the years and haven't had great experiences but Ash was extremely helpful and great with me through the whole process making me feel comfortable.
