Top notch service. Straightforward, no nonsense, polite, friendly and honest. Bought the car last Saturday, it was ready for pick up today, as promised. After a bad experience from another garage recently, it was refreshing to get treated with respect and no flannel. Tim looked after all the details and made it a pleasure to part with my money. 😄

I recently had the pleasure of using GMW Servicing for the first time, and I can’t express how grateful I am for their outstanding service! My van broke down in a rather tricky spot, and I was feeling quite stressed. Luckily, Tom arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem in just five minutes! He quickly took my van away on their trailer for repairs. Nicole then reached out to me with all the details about the necessary repairs and gave me an accurate timeline for when I could expect my van to be back on the road. To my delight, just a few days later, my van was fully repaired and ready for pickup! The professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by both Nicole and Tom made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. just purchased a car from this garage windscreen has millions of littel stone chips effects driving when you face the SUN!! now TIM DOSNT WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THIS ISSUE WE HAVE HERE.we stopped using the car as is unsafe do drive it as we have two young kids.now we have no choice but to contact treading standers.

I bought a car from GMW as my old car was giving me issues. Spotted a Toyota on GMW website and without second thought I called to enquire about it. Spoke with TIM a very nice man with an excellent customer service who assured me the car was in excellent condition and was available. Though I live 3:40mins away I choose to buy that car. Tim got this car MOT done and serviced as promised. I got there did the transaction and drove home. Honestly going for that car was the best decision. GMW , thank you for your service. Keep up the good work. I would recommend them to anyone. Good service , good people 👍👍👍

Loyal Customer for over 3 years now… I bought my first car here and the sales team were awesome. I have had all my MOTs, servicing + maintenance done here and the quality and price are excellent. I think their systems and processes are all very organised and reinforce a great customer experience!

I don't recommend buying a used car from this dealership. I bought a Vauxhall Corsa which had a badly bent steering knuckle hub. Despite this they passed its MOT in order to make a quick sale and avoid having to cover the expensive repair costs. This is contrary to DVLA MOT rules. I noticed the problems, which extended to the coil spring and lower arm suspension, whilst driving home from this dealer. Since then I've had severe, expensive problems with the gear box. I was unable to return the car to be repaired under the very short warranty due to being far away and having to go abroad. When I later confronted them they tried to blame the garage I had to use to fix these problems and offered to pick my car up to inspect it. Too late as the parts had been ordered and paid for, and I would have no way of getting back to Gatwick Motor World without a car. My main point is they should never have passed the MOT for this car at the time of purchase and should have been transparent about the pre-existing problems. An expensive mistake and Gatwick Motor World should be avoided.
